Press releases. This is your opportunity to tell the market about your latest news. For example, you may have: a new product launch, an updated product line, a new service, a new (senior) staff appointment, industry comment from expertise within your business that may be relevant, feedback from your customer research, etc. Good quality photograh to accompany the release is essential.
We would need a briefing from you and ideally any supporting literature. We would work with you to approve your key customer headlines within the release itself, then identify the most appropriate distribution list and target sites for publication. We would monitor progress and keep you informed through our monthly or ad-hoc reporting.
Magazine features. Special focus or industry topic run by some magazines, usually monthly or quarterly. Opportunity to target product news, articles or customer application stories related to the particular feature.
Working months ahead, we would target the features related to your business by creating news stories based on the feature being run.
Articles Traditional way of expanding on a special interest, application or product innovation. Usually 200 - 1000 words in length, and on special request by the magazine for a particular issue (possibly with a complementary feature running)
Traditionally by-lined to a named author in your company, the article would be written by us and placed with a particular magazine. We would start by identifying interesting features where an article could be placed and liaise with the magazine on your behalf.
Press packs Pack of information produced ahead of an exhibition for magazine editors and journalists to take away. Usually contains a series of press announcements on products being exhibited on your stand, and possibly a company profile and any other supporting information such as application notes, case studies, reports, etc.. Like a press release, good quality photography is essential.
The pack is a good way to meet with magazine personnel at the exhibition and update them about your latest news. By raising awareness with the magazines is it then possible for us to follow up with possible article placements and feature targeting
Newsletters. Traditional way of communicating to customers on a regular basis, including latest news, product line information, services, offers and customer news. Can start from as little as 2 sides of A4.

Application notes Used to raise awareness about an interesting application of your products and services with a key customer or sector. Usually printed, as part of your corporate literature, or electronic for placement on your website.

Testimonials Note from a satisfied customer that has agreed for those comments to be used in your promotional activities, such as website, newsletter, or corporate literature.

Corporate literature For use across all your communication channels - face to face, print and online. Includes logo, letter heads, business cards, compliment slips, product and service brochures, and company information.
